RupertusTherme

Spa and Family Resort in Bad Reichenhall

The Spa and Family Resort RupertusTherme in Bad Reichenhall provides a variety of indoor and outdoor pools, along with a whirlpool on the gallery.

In the inner and outer area of the 'Quelle des Feuers' sauna space, there are eight different Finnish saunas, a wood-fired earth sauna with the gentle flames of the wood fire, a salt cave sauna and a Laist salt water steam bath, with regular salt infusion ceremonies and mineral salt mud treatments.

Massages, exfoliation & packs are also available in the spa – just for you, or together as a couple in the PartnerSpa room. Beauty and Wellness are part and parcel of tradition in Bad Reichenhall's Alpine treasures, 'AlpenSalz', 'AlpenSole', 'AlpenLaist', mountain pine, Edelweiß & moor mud.

Families and children feel great in the 'FamilienBad'. The lovely warmth of the family pool inspires children and adults alike. Meanwhile little ones are taken care of too – the infant pool, with 'mini slide' and the adjoining children's playroom makes children's eyes sparkle.

Salzburg

Holiday paradise

Salzburg / Grödig / Fürstenbrunn

Dream holiday for all ages

The festival city of Salzburg is world-renowned, not just because of the "Salzburg Festival". Mozart and Haydn are certainly among the most famous personalities of the past, but there were other writers who  lived in Salzburg, including Georg Trakl and Stefan Zweig. Along with many other artists and other creative artists you may perhaps also have heard of two men from the world of science: Paracelsus and Christian Doppler (Doppler effect).

The buildings in the city, with their centuries-old history and events, amaze countless visitors every year. Religious and secular buildings alike can be visited and marvelled at here - at every turn, right in the city.
Countless museums, exhibitions and other sights ensure that you experience new things each and every day.

The culinary experiences – if you permit yourself - are unforgettable. Sample specialities, including "Salzburger Nockerl", 'Bierfleisch', 'Kaspressknödel' and 'Kasnocken', Brezensuppe or Mozart Buchteln. Salzburg's cuisine will inspire you.

Grödig and the town of Fürstenbrunn are a mere 10 minute drive from the city. You don't need your car here to enjoy excursions in the city. A public bus service operates every fifteen minutes to and from the city. The bus stop is just 50 m from Landgasthof Hotel.

In Grödig and Fürstenbrunn themselves you can visit the Untersberg Museum, marble ball mill and the marble quarries.

Bad Reichenhall

Spa town with Thermae

Bad Reichenhall

A little Bavarian town to fall in love with

The spa town of Bad Reichenhall is a tranquil own, definitely worth a visit with its many shops, restaurants and bars. It is also described as the "Bavarian Merano" – thanks to its mild climate.

You can spend a day sightseeing and shopping here. The "Alte Saline" reveals the history of salt mining in the region. Various sacred buildings, including the Aegidikirche and the little church of St. Pankratz (on a cliff above Bad Reichenhall) are definitely worth a visit. There is also the monastery and Münster St. Zeno - a building dating from the 12th century. The royal Kurhaus and Kurgarten tempt you to linger for a while. Schloss Marzoll, Burg Gruttenstein and the Karlstein castle ruins on the Pankrazfelsen enchant with their architecture and medieval style.

Should you want to experience dreamy views across the Reichenhall Basin to Salzburg, then head out on a trip on the Predigtstuhlbahn to the 1583m Predigtstuhl.

Reber Mozartkugeln are world-renown too. Enjoy these and lots of different tarts and cakes in the company's headquarters based in the pedestrian area in Reichenhall.

Definitely worth a visit is Rupertus Therme with its natural Alpensole special brine in the water, various saunas and wellness offers.
